In-depth functional testing

Before the first consultation, you will complete an in-depth functional hormone test to deep dive into your unique hormone balance. This cutting-edge testing goes beyond the surface and provides crucial insights into your body's inner workings.

Initial consultation

In-depth functional testing

Your journey to Hormone Harmony begins with a detailed initial consultation lasting 90 minutes. We will delve into your health history, your concerns, and your goals as well as covering the findings from your hormone test.

We will create a personalised Hormone Harmony plan for you, based on the information from the test and your health history. This will be your roadmap to better hormone health, but we can also cover any other health concerns you may have.

Two follow up sessions

Two follow up sessions

Hormone balance is a journey, not a destination. Over the span of your packet, you will have two 45-minute follow up sessions. Change takes time, and the follow up sessions are also important for checking to see how you respond to the plan.

Investment of £650

This includes the detailed hormone test (value of £320), an initial consultation (value of £180) and two follow up sessions (£120 each when booked separately). You can always book further follow up sessions once your package has run out if you feel you need more support.
