Instead, you will get practical, achievable guidance that fits into your life, so you can see tangible results. No two bodies are the same, and neither are their nutritional needs.
If necessary, I can also recommend detailed functional testing to delve deeper into any underlying imbalances. This way we ensure that you are not just getting a sticking plaster solution, but something that will really make a difference to your day to day life. Supplements can also be used as additional support as it's not always possible to get everything you need from your diet.

We are all busy, we all have different tastes, different life styles, different cooking skills. I believe in supporting each of my clients as an individual, and making sure that they are seen and heard without judgement. My advice is always tailor made, this is not a one-size-fits-all quick fix.
I'm a qualified Nutritional Therapist, a nutrition lecturer and a certified Metabolic Balance Coach. I've always loved good food. Sometimes I have lots of time to spend cooking fabulous meals, other times I need to put together something quickly just to be able to nourish my body and move on. This is why I don't do fad diets, I use real foods, and I work with you to create realistic, sustainable plans.
